Great and friendly support

During our research for this plug-in, we noticed the biggest complaint we heard was that a lot of our competitors had  terrible if not non existent support.  So we decided to make sure we gave the best support we possibly could, even to people using the free version of the store.

That being said:
We have our support forums where apart from our moderators you can find help from other users.
We also have our new help center with how to’s and ticket system.
There is a video tutorial area on the site and videos can be found in the help center also.
We offer lifetime updates on ALL products both free and paid.
