If you have not activated your software a full refund will be given up to 30 days from purchase. There will be a 5% charge to cover processing fees and additional work involved on our end to cancel license keys and delete accounts etc.

If you have already activated the software, unfortunately no refunds will be issued.  We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your pre-activated version of the software.

If your software download is found to be defective a full refund will be given up to 30 days from purchase date.
